İple Yüz Germede Anatomik Yaklaşım; Kaslar, Vaskülarizasyon ve İnnervasyon

ÖZET
Son yıllarda minimal invaziv yöntemler ile yüz gençleştirme operasyonlarına olan talep gitgide artmıştır. Artan bu ilgi, iple yüz germe yöntemlerinin daha da çeşitlenmesine ve yüzün topografik anatomisinin daha da aydınlatılmasına yol açmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar göstermiştir ki, iple yüz germe işlemi hangi yöntem ile yapılırsa yapılsın işlem başarısını ve komplikasyon riskini belirleyen en önemli kriter uygulayan doktorun yüz anatomisine hakimiyetidir. Bu yüzden başarılı bir operasyon için esas olan, her bir uygulama öncesinde, hasta için seçilen uygun yöntem doğrultusunda, bölgenin kas, vasküler ve sinirsel topografinin tekrar gözden geçirilmesidir. Bu yaklaşımla işlem başarısını en üst seviyeye çıkarılırken, gelişebilecek komplikasyonlar da minimalize edilmiş olur. Bu bağlamda, yazımızda yüzün kas, vasküler ve sinirsel anatomisi hakkında bilgi verilip iple yüz germe işlemi esnasında 

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the demand for facial rejuvenation operations with minimally invasive methods has increased. This increasing demand has led to the discovery of various new thread lift methods and to better elucidate the topographic anatomy of the face. Studies have shown that the most important criterion that determines the success of the procedure and the risk of complications, regardless of the method used for a thread lift, is the doctor’s knowledge of the face anatomy. Therefore, it is essential for a successful operation to review the muscle, vascular and neural topography of the region for each application in terms of the appropriate method chosen for the patient. With this approach, while maximizing the success of the procedure, it will be aimed to minimize the complications that may occur. In this context, in this article, information will be given about the anatomy of the muscles, vessels, and nerves of the face, and the points that should be considered during the thread lift procedure will be emphasized.
